Cresswind Twin lakes Lot #981 – 106 Tellico Ct.

We are not happy about the bait and switch tactic regarding our lot.  Lot 981

When we picked out our lot, we picked a flat and level lot and paid $75,000 for this lot.  Kolter has carved out the entire left side and it is now totally useless.  We were never told or made aware that this was going to happen.  Otherwise we would have never purchased this lot.    This is unacceptable.  And so far, no word as to how this is going to be fixed. 

The concrete wall is over 7-feet high.  7′ 3″ to be exact.  Ridiculous.  And we feel we were taken advantage of.

When we looked at and purchased this lot, it was flat and level.  We were totally and seriously misled.  What you see here, is not what we looked at.

I’m 6-feet tall.  What was done here makes us so unhappy with this purchase.

When we selected this lot, it was level to where the house is.  That’s just the truth.  We were not told this was going to happen.  Otherwise, we would have never picked this lot.  It’s kind of a bait and switch tactic.  Right?  You look at and purchase one thing but get delivered something totally different.
How will Kolter make this right?

What a shame.  Total dissatisfaction 
What will become of this and how will Kolter make this bad experience right?
